Worship & Media Arts

WorshipTo worship something is to acknowledge that it is truly valuable and worthy. Thus, we were created by God to worship Him alone and to find our greatest joy and treasure in Christ. We’re wired to worship and regardless of whether or not you know it, you worship all the time – every minute of every day. Some worship money, others status, and others relationships. So, although we understand that worship happens outside the church, we want to gather together weekly and worship corporately as the Body of Christ. Every week we want to see God glorified in the singing of his people and the preaching of his word. Our worship ministry exists to help usher the body into the presence of the Lord as people sing and exalt the name of Jesus.

Commitment:

  • Serve monthly with a group of musicians
  • Seek to grow in your passion for Jesus and your artistic skill
  • Encourage others as they pursue God

MEDIA & COMMUNICATION

Media

We exist to serve the body of Christ by making the message of the gospel and the communication of Grace Community Church clear, concise, and understandable.

A message is only as good as its ability to be understood. Since there is no greater message than the gospel of Jesus Christ we take this ministry seriously. Our media team is an integral part of all we do at Grace Community Church as they are on the front lines of making sure that the messages we communicate are as clear as possible. This includes our visual team that works on presentations and videos, as well as our sound team that engineers the audio that people hear every Sunday.

Commitment:

  • Being a team player
  • Detail oriented and technologically proficient
  • Dependable
  • Creative
