Join us on the journey of Discipleship at Grace
Abide
To “abide” is a term that we use to refer to simply being with Jesus. We are invited in John 15:4-8 to abide in relationship with Jesus. When Jesus told each disciple to follow him, he was inviting them to abide in him. To live with him, pray with him, to learn from him, and to see the character of God in Him.
Be With Jesus
Transform
We are told in Romans 12 to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. How do we renew our minds? Our thinking must be changed from old ways of thinking into new, godly ways of thinking. What we know in our minds to be true forms a conviction in our hearts of that truth, and that conviction in our hearts translates into action.
Be Like Jesus
Imitate
Ephesians 5:1 calls us to be imitators of God, walking in love as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us. Our hope is that Discipleship at Grace will spur you on towards transformation and into action.
